Please check your products in presence of the delivery person and let us know if any problems found. You can only return the product upon delivery by giving the “delivery charge” if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

You must check the product while there is a delivery man. Our team checks and sends the product 100% before each delivery. But something unexpected may happen so please check the product in front of the Delivery Man.
In that case, if the delivery man does not want to wait or wants to leave with an early payment, please do not listen to him, because it is his duty to deliver the product to you properly.
If you find any problem / broken / any other damage in the product, you should immediately inform us through the delivery man. We will take action.
We will not have the responsibility to report any problem / broken or any other problem in the product after the delivery man has left.
Only if the product is damaged you can send it back. Moreover, for any other reason, you will not be able to return the product in any way. Return of goods is not acceptable for any reason other than damage.
